About the Founder
Tim’s design journey began at RIT, stumbling upon a love for workflow design while taking an information architecture course (OmniGraffle, anyone?). A few years after graduating, he completed a Master’s in UX Design from Kent State University to continue following that spark. After completing the program, he landed his first full-time UX role at M&T Bank and continued to learn and practice the craft. During this time, he discovered his passion: teaching and inspiring teams to dig deeper into the behaviors and minds of their users to deliver solutions that solve the right problems and improve lives.Throughout his career, he’s strived to improve ways of working by continually learning and sharing knowledge, which has allowed him to meet and grow with amazing people. He is passionate about helping others understand the value of research and become confident in their practice.Outside of work, you might catch him playing music, at a concert, listening to comedy podcasts, reading, or meditating.
